The “Society of Biblical Studies” (hereinafter S.B.S.), as data controller, informs you on how information about you is collected and processed.

In these cases, we will explain to you the reason why we cannot erase your personal data and for how long.

You have the right to request the termination of processing of your personal data, and the S.B.S. will proceed with the prompt termination of their processing. If this is not possible, we will explain to you the reason why we cannot terminate the processing of your PD.

You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, and the S.B.S. company will proceed with the prompt restriction of their processing. If this is not possible, we will explain to you the reason why we cannot restrict the processing of your PD.

You have the right to request the transmission of your data to another agency/organization, and the S.B.S. will proceed with the prompt transmission of these data.  However, in some cases, and due to well-founded obligations, the S.B.S. company may not be able to accept your request.

If it is proved that there was leakage of your personal data and you suffer damage, material or not, you have the right to report to the competent supervisory authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
